Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

- Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are currently available in the United States and must be done 30 days from the date the order is received.
- Sale items, Promotions, or Discounts
- Sale items and items purchased during a sale (store promotions) are non-refundable.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
- Sale items are any items purchased during a promotion and fall below the regular price for that item. If you have questions about the regular price of an item visit www.osweetfitness.com and lookup your item.
- Pop-up Stores Returns Policy
- Products purchased from a Pop-up booth event will be refunded with store credit in the full amount.
- We don’t provide cash refunds for products purchased at events. If you wish to return something from a pop-up store please contact us.
- Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at osweetfitness@gmail.com or visit our Contact Us page, and we will help process that exchange.
- To return your product, you should reach out to us at osweetfitness@gmail.com and we will instruct you on how to return your item. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, otherwise.
- If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
- Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a e-gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original condition. Items are inspected prior to your order being fulfilled and no exceptions will be made for damaged goods post-purchase.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order number).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. PayPal takes a longer than credit card payments; up to 10 days.
